SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Pieces are shipped internationally and the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Ready to ship pieces reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment to when they will be shipped. I have the availability to ship USPS, UPS and Fedex. I will most generally ship USPS and a tracking number will be provided. Products are also available for pick up in Jackson, WY and surrounding areas within reason. You may specify “local pickup” at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges: Spruced Plume does not under any circumstance exchange products. Each piece is unique and should be based off of photographs and description. If for any reason the product is damaged upon arrival the product may be sent back for a full refund.
Returns: If any Spruced Plume product arrives damaged, breaks or becomes non-functional during the first 6 months of use you may send the product back for a full refund. If a product becomes non-functional after a 6 month period please contact Spruced Plume to have the product fixed. Purchaser must pay to ship the product back and Spruced Plume will pay to return the product upon fixing it.
